MAINTENANCE

Platinum Protection Customers receive Bi-Annual roof top housekeeping from a trained and experienced Potteiger-Raintree service crew. Inspection and repair of incidental defective or deteriorated flashings are included in this service maintenance.

REPORTS

Platinum Protection Customers receive inspection reports inclusive of detailed digital photographs and a general summary of the roof condition. Platinum protection includes a Potteiger-Raintree maintained roof history of annual roof maintenance and roof inspections.

SERVICE
