Company Goal
Potteiger-Raintree operates in the commercial roofing business, specializing in the application of Asphalt Built-up and Modified Bitumen Roofing Systems. Re-roofing of various types of commercial and industrial facilities is a Potteiger-Raintree niche. Operating throughout the Mid-Atlantic states, Potteiger-Raintree has established a variety of strong customer relationships, accounting for a significant amount of repeat business.

A high degree of industry involvement, through volunteer efforts with national, state and local associations, keeps Potteiger-Raintree abreast of trends, material matters and regulatory updates. Growth, through the acquisition of modern equipment, expanded geographical coverage and diversity in the types of roof systems installed, is a key component of the Potteiger-Raintree strategy.

Our installation of built-up, modified bitumen, single ply and metal roof systems provides true diversity. New construction and service work compliment the Potteiger-Raintree re-roofing business. Although much of Potteiger-Raintree's work is concentrated in metropolitan areas with limited access, additional projects on schools, shopping centers, hospitals and other institutional facilities is common place.
