Potteiger-Raintree
is a Drug-Free Workplace. We conduct pre-employment
drug testing to ensure strict compliance and periodically
conduct random drug screening to further enforce our
policy. Potteiger-Raintree educates new employees with
extensive video training in conjunction with the issuance
of our comprehensive field personnel policy handbook
and NRCA's "Pocket Guide to Safety."Video
training includes important safety
issues related to fall protection,
hazard communication, material handling and roofing
and sheet metal specific hazard protection.
Safety Equipment
Upon the successful completion of the pre-employment
drug screening, all Potteiger-Raintree employees are
issued basic roof related safety equipment; including
hard hats, safety glasses and gloves. Job specific safety
equipment is provided as required.

Safety Director insists on a constant pursuit of safety
to ensure OSHA and regulatory compliance. Most important
is the safety of our work force, other trades and owner
employees. Tool Box Talks and periodic company meetings
provide the forums for safety communication between
management and all Potteiger-Raintree employees. Routine
jobsite visits to provide thorough on-site safety
inspections are common
place at Potteiger-Raintree.
